Take Exit 234C (90 Business Westbound)
Take St. Charles Exit
Turn Right on to St. Charles Avenue
Count 5 Red Lights

Instead of St. Charles Avenue Exit, Take Tchoupitoulas Exit
Then: Turn Right on to Annunciation Street
Go to Stop Sign (Race Street)
Take Right on Race Street to Red Light
Red Light is Magazine Street
Turn Left and Count 4 Red Lights:
