As summer sets in here in New Orleans we start hankering for one of the great American traditions - outdoor BBQs and cold beer. Now, it's a little toasty outside to be hanging around a BBQ pit or grill, so we moved the party inside to our dining rooms. The ambiance is different but the taste and enjoyment are exactly the same. You can view photos of the dishes below but we recommend you come see them in person.
