The American Cuisine and Hospitality Symposium

In honor of the 125th anniversary of Commander's Palace and New Orleans' Tricentennial, we hosted the American Cuisine and Hospitality Symposium on September 17, 2018. It was a day-long discussion about the future of food and hospitality in America. Several provocative sessions were led by industry experts and thought leaders at the New Orleans Orpheum Theater. It was progressive, forward thinking and … fun! Panelists included big names in hospitality like Emeril Lagasse, Danny Meyer, Camilla Marcus, Sheila Johnson, Jeremiah Tower, Will Guidara, Kim Severson, Walter Isaacson and many, many more!
